Affordable Living

Upon completion, the block from Tiffany Street to Manida Street along Spofford Avenue will be home to 740 residential studio, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments affordable to individuals and families within a wide range of incomes – and a commitment to providing housing affordable to residents of Hunts Point and the surrounding community. Residential units will be available starting in early 2022; sign up to be notified about the application process by emailing us at Peninsula 1B

The Peninsula's Building 1A is a brand new, state-of-the-art light industrial building designed with tenant needs and flexibility in mind.
