In the residential building, residents enjoy amenities including a gym, community room, second-floor terrace, laundry room, and bike storage. Additional amenities include 24-hour security, common area Wi-Fi, and free secure broadband internet for all units. Chestnut Commons is a passive house-certified project and features onsite composting which generates fertilizer to be distributed to local gardens.
