1921 Courtelyou Road

MHANY's building at 1921 Cortelyou Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn was built in partnership with the Baptist Church of the Redeemer on the church's original site.  The new nine-story structure includes a new church facility as well as 76-units of affordable residential units for senior citizens, families, and formerly homeless young adults living on their own for the first time. Supportive housing services are provided on site by Brooklyn Community Services. The building was fully leased up in the spring of 2021.

MHANY's development team partners included ESKW / Architects and Mega Contracting Group amongst others, and financing was provided by NYC's Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. MHANY is very excited to be a part of the Flatbush community!
